This textured facecloth is a fun knit with a different shape if you are bored knitting square cloths. Knit in moss stitch with a notched cast on and bind off and textured edging, this cloth has bumps every which way you turn it. The texture helps exfoliate your skin as you use it, or use the hexagon as an effective dishcloth.

Size: Approximately 5” (12.7 cm) across, 3” (7.5 cm) per side
Gauge: 16 stitches/30 rows = 4” (10cm) in moss stitch. Correct gauge is not essential for this project.

Materials
50g of worsted weight cotton yarn (if you want to try using a different weight or type of yarn, it may
change the size of your cloth). Note: the samples knitted used significantly less than 50g, so you may be able to get two or mor cloths out of a 50g skein.
Pair of 4.5mm (UK 7/US 7) straight knitting needles (or sized for your yarn)
Knitter’s/tapestry needle for weaving in ends
