Hintermost
All patterns in the Bristol Ivy Designs Ravelry store are on sale for 39% off through midnight September 3rd, 2024 with the code “birthday”!
Colorwork and coziness, diagonals and details, texture and technique—all wrapped up in a timeless and wearable wardrobe staple.
Sometimes I just let myself go for it with designing, using whatever techniques I want to create the best possible garment I can. This sweater is an opus of the little couture techniques that make knitting so great: tubular cast ons, afterthought pockets, Shaker rib, sewn-on buttonbands, and the grandmomma of them all: steeking. Add to that a classic, flattering shape, well-fitting saddle shoulders, and a vivid and graphic colorwork detail, and Hintermost is a sweater that will last a lifetime.
