This hat pattern is knit back and forth - for those who don’t like to go onto double pointed needles. It can certainly be worked in the round for those who prefer to do so - just work all even rounds as a knit round. Also, we used the Bel Air yarn held double. If you use a single strand you can just halve the necessary yardage.
