Pattern Description

Sela is five years old and she has quite a few older cousins who are “into fashion.” Whenever the cousins get together, they love to dress Sela up and offer wardrobe advice. At their last meeting they dressed Sela up in a flowy skirt and put a fun scarf on her head. They told her that she looked like a hippie, which was a very chic look these days. Sela nodded happily, not really knowing what they were talking about. But when she got home she adamantly told her mom, Susan, that she wanted a hippie thing to put on her head. So, Susan came to the store and we gave her this pattern to knit for Sela. Now Sela is hippie chic almost every day.
