Materials Needed:
· Super bulky yarn (velvet/ chenille). I used “Himalaya Dolphin Baby” 100g/120m in light blue #80306 (less than 1 skein) and white #80301.

· 6 mm crochet hook
· Polyester fiberfill
· Yarn needle

Size:
If you use the yarn and hook indicated, the finished hippo will be approximately 19.5 cm (7.6 inches) tall. You can adjust the size by using a different yarn, but make sure to adapt the hook and eyes accordingly.
