Hoke Henley
by Joan Beebe
The inspiration for this pattern was born of the frustration of pulling tight necklines over toddler heads. The laced up center provides the extra ease needed to fit over the largest of heads, and the casual style is suitable for bigger kids, too. Shown here for a boy, this pattern would be fun for girls, too–pick a contrasting color with a little bit of bling, or add pom-poms to the ends of the lacing strand.
