Old Hollywood meets twining vine in this hat and sleeve combo. The cloche-style hat has a bit of a slouchy fit with an art deco accent of a spiralling brim. The matching sleeves employ the same spiral accent and coil their way up your arms. The hat can be knit in two sizes, S-M or M-L, while the sleeves are size-adjustable as you go.

You will need:

• 5mm straight or circular needles
• four double pointed 6mm needles (or a short circular needle)
• either a 4mm crochet hook or sewing needle
• two skeins of 5oz worsted weight yarn
