This easy breezy Summer top is a fun, fast knit that will quickly become a staple in your hand made wardrobe! I bet you can’t knit just one! Any light weight fingering yarn can be used for this design.

Light Fingering Weight Yarn
Sample knit with YOTH Yarn Best Friend 75/25 Cotton/ Wool blend,; 550 yards, 100g/skein < 1 (1, 2, 2) 2 skeins, approximately 520 (550, 680, 720) 800 yards
Shown in color way Mango.
Materials
US Size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needles, 16” cord.
US Size 9 (5.5 mm) circular needles, minimum 30” cord Stitch marker
Tapestry needle
Waste yarn or spare needles to hold live sleeve stitches

This top is meant to be worn with 10-20” positive ease.

Notes
This simple top is knit in the round from the top down. Short rows are worked across the back for slight shaping. The yoke is worked with a simple lace motif. After the yoke is knit, sleeve stitches are put on hold to be picked up and finished with an i-cord edge.
