Honeycomb Hat
This lovely hat features an all-over honeycomb cable pattern. It is worked in the round from the brim up. The decreases at the crown are worked into the cable pattern.
Finished Measurements:
Approximately 14.5 (16.75, 19.25, 21.5)” hat circumference, meant to be worn with approx. 2” negative ease
Materials:
US Size 1 (2.25mm) DPNs or circular needle
US Size 3 (3.25mm) DPNs and circular needle
Knit Picks Stroll Tonal Fingering- Poppy Field; one ball
Cable needle
Stitch marker
Yarn needle
Gauge:
40 sts and 40 rnds = 4 inches over Honeycomb Chart, in the round on larger needles
Notes:
The hat is meant to be worn with approximately 2” of negative ease, so choose a size that measures about 2” smaller than the head it is to fit. For a more snugly fitting hat, choose a size more than 2” smaller than head circumference.
