Hooded Dragon Cowl
The Hooded Dragon Cowl is a versatile accessory that can be worn as a hood, cowl, or shrug. Garter ridges in a bulky yarn create large textural rings around a simple stockinette base. Short rows create an asymmetrical loop that makes the textural rings look magnificent. This piece is an all around modern cowl.

Note: If you want to create the vertical ribs, do not use a wrap and turn method for the short rows. The gaps created by this method will be used to guide the slip-stitched ribs. If you are not going to add the ribs, a wrap and turn will help close the gap.
