1. I used the Acrobatic Stitch pattern for the blanket portion and did not gauge.
2. I added an alternative to my pattern for completing the blanket portion differently for those who may not like this open, lace stitchwork pattern or may not want to tackle doing it.
3. This pattern is easily adjustable to make to the desired size you may want.
4. I used Bernat Blanket Yarn, but you can opt to hold 3-4 strands of worsted weight yarn together to make.
