You are about to buy Written Instructions supported by Charts and Video tutorials.

The Hope Eternal Scarf is created using short rows and slip-stitch variations, and standard crochet stitches, adorned with decorative edges worked in reverse direction.

It works vertically, flat, in one piece, along the long side. Repeats of the stitch pattern are structured to create a double-sided scarf textile. Both sides are right sides, a tiny bit different, but both are outstandingly beautiful.

Language: English.

Crochet level: Intermediate.

You need to know where the back and front loops of the stitch are, how to work a slip stitch, a yarn-over slip stitch, a half-double crochet, and an extended half-double crochet.

Be prepared to learn some stitch modifications that create the design, understand the short row technique, and follow the instructions carefully.

Inside:
• The pattern’s 15 pages contain written instructions, charts, and images of the process.
• Mute detailed video support with English karaoke-style subtitles that will walk you through the main steps and help visualize special stitches.
Leftie-friendly mirrored video tutorials, mirrored photos of the process and hints inside written instructions.
Size: Size can vary depending on your desire and the amount of yarn you have for the project.

Materials

  1. Yarn: 150 – 250 m per 100 g. 50 - 100 g, depending on your length. Choose solid colors, hand-dyed yarns, and tweeds. Blown yarn will be the best choice. Very contrasting variegated yarns may obscure the stitch pattern or detract from its appearance.

  2. A main crochet hook 3.5 – 5.5 mm, a foundation hook – 1 mm larger than the main, and a finish hook – 1 mm smaller than the main; to use where indicated. Important to choose hooks of one brand and one type.

  3. A pointy needle for weaving in is more reliable, as it passes the yarn end through the fibers, reducing the likelihood of it coming loose during wear.

  4. 5-6 locking stitch markers.

Main steps
• Pattern stitches are really simple. Work a swatch to choose the right hook for your yarn and master more complex steps.
• Decide on the scarf length.
• Enjoy creating the beauty of your masterpiece.
• Blocking is a must in this project.
• Now try it on, show off, and receive your compliments.
