From the Knit Picks pattern:
Oven Mitt
These instructions are written for two circular needles, but are easily adapted to double pointed needles. If you prefer working on dpns, you’ ll need a set in size 11. This mitt will look very disproportionate before it is felted because felted fabric shrinks more in height than it does in width. Don’t worry – it’ ll fit like a glove! (Design features I-cord hanging loop.)
Casserole Mitts
This handy item consists of two oven mitts joined by a strip of knitted fabric. It’s perfect for securely lifting heavy, hot pans from the oven. (Knit one Oven Mitt without the I-cord hanging loop, add band and second Oven Mitt.)
Also included in the pattern:
Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Bulky
Hot Out of the Oven Set: Spiral and Square Potholders
Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted
Hot Out of the Oven Set: Red, White & Blue Oven Mitt
Hot Out of the Oven Set: Red, White & Blue Potholders
