A wider, steeper cable adds even more visual drama, while the subtly variegated shades of YOTH’s ultra-luxurious Big Sister base add depth and dimensionality. A DK weight yarn makes this a year-round piece, while its longer length and elegant open front makes it equally at home over a dress at the office and with jeans on the weekend. Multi-step cables, made up of a succession of 2x2 crosses, help the fabric drape gracefully and add visual interest without bulk. Thoughtful, knitterly details like tailored shoulders, after thought pockets, and an integrated vertical band finish the look. Howell Mountain is worked from the bottom up in pieces and seamed, with all stitch patterns fully charted.
