About the design …
Hør is the Danish name for linen, flax, lino or linn - a fantastic material for summer knitwear.
HØR no 23 is number 23 in a series of linen blouses. It’s a raglan design, knitted top-down in a ribbed pattern with stripes alternately with 1 and 2 strands of the yarn, resulting in a light and partially transparent summer tee.
On the back it looks like an ordinary raglan blouse, but in the front the construction has been changed to a wide raglan panel, which partly helps to shape the neckline, but also functions as a decorative detail that continues down the body after the raglan part is finished.
The final edges on the body and sleeves are made with a very thin I-cord, which keeps the shape of the loose texture and the lively linen.*
