Toe up sock using Knitty’s Magic Cast-on, then a stockinette foot and a k4p2 instep, use the Sockulator V to calculate a toe-up heel flap, then begin the houndstooth motif (found in the pattern download), broken by two rows of regular stockinette, then use the Hufflepuff chart (on the blog), two more rows of houndstooth, then a 2 inch black ribbing at the end.
