When whiling away an evening on Pinterest I ran across this 1923 magazine article that diagrammed this blouse. I immediately thought it would make a great shawl shape and commenced experimenting. I am pretty pleased with the result and hope you are as well.

This easy shawl uses short rows and clever shaping to create an “L” shaped shawl that wraps around your body in the perfect “hug.” With a touch of seed stitch along the edge and cozy stockinette in between, this shawl is a great cover-up for those cool morning or evenings.
