Huggling Monster
These cute little monsters are ready to share hugs with everyone. With their arms held open wide they are a sweet way to send a special hug to anyone who needs one!
Choose between a sun hat or a cap or maybe make both so they can change their look!
Knit the Hugglings flat in one piece, with very little seaming.
Simple shaping is used through-out (knit two together or knit front and back) This version is suitable for new knitters.
Hugglings are knitted from the feet up, you will knit two legs then join them before knitting the body- I explain row by row how to do this.
The arm stitches are held on stitch holders until the body is completed. Then slipped back onto the needles to knit each arm.
The sun hat has a cute little flower decoration and the cap has a simple peak knitted and sewn into place.
Hugglings are a quick and easy knitting project suitable for confident beginner knitters.
Full clear making up instructions guide you through the sewing up of your Huggling. Instructions for embroidered eyes are included.
