Hugo is a one skein Bear
The pattern for him includes instructions for knitting the pieces flat and instructions for knitting the head and body and arms in the round
The pattern for mini Hugo takes just 10g of yarn and the pattern is written flat.
Materials: 135m (146 yds) of Coopknits ‘Socks Yeah! DK’ yarn in shade 207 (Chiron) (available in 50g skeins 112m (122 yds))
1m (1 1/10yds) of black 4-ply (fingering) yarn (for the nose and embroidery)
Two black 6mm (1/4 in) and two black 4mm (1/6 in) toy safety eyes or oddment of black 4-ply (fingering) yarn

Needles: To work flat:
Pair of 3mm (UK11, US 2 or 3) knitting needles
Pair of 2.5mm (UK12 or 13, US 1 or 2) knitting needles
To work in the round:
Set of 3mm (UK11, US 2 or 3)double pointed knitting needles
Notions: Darning needle, Stitch markers, Pins
Techniques: Cast on (which ever method you prefer), increasing and decreasing, German short row shaping, applied i-cord. All techniques are fully explained
