This pattern is a perfect introduction to knitting cables in the round! It features 2 basic cable stitches, that combine to create a very fun and cozy winter accessory. Wrap yourself, or someone special, in hand knit hugs and kisses!

Supplies
-1 hank Berroco Ultra Alpaca Natural (50% Super Fine Alpaca/50% Peruvian Wool; 100 grams/219 yards)
-Size 9 (5.5mm) - 24” (60cm) circular needles, or size necessary to achieve gauge
-Cable needle
-Stitch markers (6 total, 1 different for BOR marker)

Gauge
4 stitches and 8 rounds = 1 inch in circular garter stitch on size 9 (5.5mm) needles, before blocking

Finished Measurements
Approximately 25” (64cm) around and 9” (23cm) tall, before and after mild blocking

For the sample, I used color #62500, Jasmine Rice. I completed the cowl with just 1 skein, but used almost all of it. If in doubt, buy a second skein and make a hat to match!
