They capture the shape, look and colorfulness of real hyacinths, and you can use these large and bright afghan squares to decorate all over the house. The square uses the chain, single crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet stitches, as well as the slip stitch. The pattern uses less than one skein each of two colors of medium weight yarn (main color and contrast color) for one square, and calls for an H/8 5.00 crochet hook.
