When a new arrival is imminent, or friends are moving into their first home, this blanket makes a welcome gift. Southwick’s cotton and bamboo blend makes it deliciously soft and cozy. A combination of Double Moss stitch outer hems and eyelet inner borders with a stockinette field keeps this project interesting and just challenging enough. Hydra is knit flat seamlessly from the bottom up. The eyelet stitch pattern is charted and written out.
