This is a child sized pattern based on the I Love You Momma Chemo Hat that I designed for my Mom years ago.

I redid the Adult hat using available yarns and reworked the pattern to have the ruffle added by picking up from the provisional cast on. I had so much fun reworking the pattern and I needed a baby present so here are the results.

I had my grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 try the hat on and it fit them both because of the drawstring.
