Knitting starts with the neckband worked in rounds with an easy to memorize lacepattern. Clever place increases in the neckband are worked as “lifted increases”, which are explained in a fototutial included in the pattern. Than back and front neckline are shaped in form of a V with short rows. When the upper front and back are finished the lower body is worked in rounds down to the hem, which shows the lace pattern of the neckband. The fit of the lower body is a slight A-line, which can be adapted to your personal preferences. Sample shows the neckband knitted with two contrasting colors, but also a monochrome version is beautiful.

India Summer gestrickt aus einem schönen Sommergarn erhält dieses Top mit leichter A-Linie einen schönen Fall und ist genau richtig für die heißen Sommertage. Garne aus Baumwolle, Leinen, Seide, Viskose oder Mischungen aus diesen eignen sich besonders gut.
Das Top wird nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt. Begonnen wird mit der in Runden gestrickten Lochmusterblende, in der die geschickt platzierten Zunahmen als „lifted increases“ gearbeitet werden. Diese sind in der Anleitung in einem Fototutorial erklärt. Anschließend wird der hintere und der vordere V-Ausschnitt mit short rows geformt. Danach wird das Top glatt rechts fertig gestrickt. Die Lochmusterblende kann farblich abgesetzt werden, sieht aber auch einfarbig sehr hübsch aus.
