Experiencing the mighty bison up close at the Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park and learning about the local settler and Native American history of the Black Hills during a summer camping trip to South Dakota were the inspiration for these unique beaded toe-up socks.

The beads are pre-strung in a Native American inspired design and then knitted in for a bracelet like look.

A knitted feather design down the front and a picot edge round out these very dressy and eye-catching pair of socks.

Notions:

  • 25 yd/ 24 m natural colored yarn for bead bands
  • Miyuki glass seed beads size 8/0 in 6 colors

You can purchase the full kit (pattern, pre-strung bead kit, Tracks sock yarn) through the Buffalo Wool Company store.
