A lightweight and reversible shawl with a fabulous drape, Interlude is a masterpiece of delicate simplicity.

You work Interlude from the top down with garter stitch and simple yet striking fishnet lace. This beautiful shawl is effortlessly sophisticated.

YARN
Approximately 400 m / 437 yds of fingering weight yarn.

Shown with Eden Cottage Titus 4ply in colour Falling Leaves (golden brown sample) and The Uncommon Thread Posh Fingering in colour Nimbostratus (grey sample).

NEEDLES
Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to obtain pattern gauge

This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needles to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
