Invermay
Invermay is a long-sleeved pullover with stripes caused by the colour changes in the yarn and with pretty mock cable ribs at the bottom of the garment, the wrists and the mock turtle neck.
Amounts required:
4 100 g balls for sizes XS and S
5 100 g balls for sizes M, L and XL
There is a correction to the mock cable rib version of this sweater, the neck edging repeat should be worked 18 times, not 16 as stated in the pattern.

With RS facing and starting at left shoulder, use a 6 mm (US 10) circular needle pick up and knit 20 sts down left front neck, pick up and K20 sts across centre front neck, pick up and knit 20 sts up left front neck, pick up and K30 sts across back neck. (90 sts)
Work in rounds.
Rib round 1 (dec): (P1, sl1, K2, psso, P1) 18 times, place a stitch marker. (72 sts)
Rib round 2 (inc): (P1, K1, yo, K1, P1) 18 times, SSM – slip stitch marker. (90 sts)
Rib round 3: (P1, K3, P1) 18 times, SSM.
Rib round 4: (P1, K3, P1) 18 times, SSM.
These 4 rounds form the mock cable rib.
Work these 4 rounds 7 times more ending with rib round 4.
Cast off in rib.
