From pattern description: The Irish Moss cardigan is a collection of twisted stitches done in various ways and a 3-stitch cable created by knitting the third stitch before the first and second stitches. Using these simple techniques, I was able to create a tiny twisted braid, a simple cable and a mock Aran diamond. Add these together and the result is an intricate appearance without the use of an extra needle.
