Inspired by the Lechfall Waterfall in Fussen, Germany, the Itinerant Pullover draws on its Bavarian roots with twisted stitches on the wide lower bands of the body and sleeves, and a narrow panel that runs the length of the sleeves. The slightly flared cuffs create a modern silhouette. This sweater is worked from the top down, starting in separate pieces for the front and back, then joined at the underarm, and the lower body is worked in the round with a shaped waist.

NOTES The front and back of this pullover are worked separately back and forth from the top down, beginning with the back shoulders. The front and back are joined at the underarm, then the body is worked in the round to the lower edge. Stitches are picked up around the armholes for the sleeves and are worked in the round from the top down.
