This “old-fashioned” shawl is inspired by Jane Austen novels.
It’s a top-down shawl, with a ruffled border (worked a part from the body and, then, joined with 3 needles bind-off)

Baa Ram Ewe Dovestone DK (252 yards/ 100 grams), 1 skein;
Baa Ram Ewe Titus (350 yards/ 100 grams), 1 skein;
2 US 7 (4.5 mm) needles
a spare needle for 3 needles bind off

Gauge
20 stitches and 26 rows = 4” in Stockinette (after blocking)
