• Gauge is not important for this pattern.
• When working in rounds, you work continuously without a chain or slip stitch to denote the beginning of rounds. It’s advisable to keep track of the beginning of rounds with a stitch marker.
• Pattern uses the “magic circle.” This tightens up the hole that can sometimes occur at the beginning of rounds using a single crochet with a slip stitch.
