The gem of our collection of American and Continental hand-knits for winter.
Two designs are included for attaching sequins and embroidery.
Materials: Patons “Beehive” Fingering 3-ply Patonised wool, (this is the only wool which should be used)—size A, 32 in. bust, 5 oz.; size B, 34 in. bust, 6 oz.; size C, 36 in. bust, 7 oz.; size D, 38 in. bust, 7 oz.; size E, 40 in. bust, 8 oz.;
1 pair each Nos. 10 and 12 knitting needles;
Kullerskeme crochet hook No. 13;
beads, sequins, rhinestones, and pearls for trimming;
½ yd. grosgrain ribbon, 11 in. wide; 11 yds. hat elastic.
Measurements: Length from top of neck-A, 16 (B, 16; C, 16½; D, 16½; E, 17) in. Length of sleeve from underarm, ail sizes 2½ in.
Tension: 8 sts. to 1 in. in width on No. 10 needles.
