Jocelyn Swoncho
Jocelyn Swoncho is based on a toddler sweater/poncho (hence swoncho) I bought for my daughter a few years ago. I love the way it fits her and thought, “Hey, this is something I can easily make, right?” So I decided to recreate it and this pattern is the result. It is worked from the top down (starting with the turtleneck), is seamless and features cables framed with seed stitch sections. Sleeve cuffs are worked after the ribbed hem is completed. It is written for 4 sizes with the smaller 2 using a different needle size than the others so the pattern adjustments are minimized. Both written and charted instructions are included. I hope you will find this sweater to be cheerful addition to your favorite toddler’s wardrobe. Happy Knitting!
