Joelentine cowl
Joelentine cowl is worked top down, flat in pieces in a rib based texture and intarsia. The sides are joined with modular knitting (no seams) and the top is finished with a double folded rib and i-cord.
YARN
Svarta Fåret Merino (100 m ≈ 109 yd. / 50 g), Sandnes Double Sunday (108 m ≈ 118 yd. / 50 g) or Svarta Fåret Ulrika (100 m ≈ 109 yd. / 50 g).
SIZES
One size. Neck circumference of the cowl approx. 55 cm / 21.75”. Length approx. 30 cm / 11.75”.

GAUGE
approx. 19 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” on 4 mm (US 6) needles over texture pattern worked flat, after blocking.
NEEDLES
4 mm (US 6) circular needle, 80 cm / 32” long.
3,5 mm (US 4) circular needle, 40 cm / 16” long or other needles for working small circumferences.
Two 3,5 mm (US 4) DPNs, (optional, works with the circular needle as well).
