Needle note (from pattern): The needle sizes used in this pattern are not standard US sizes. However, they are available in needles made outside the US (like Addis, Clover, and Swallow Casein needles) or you can easily (and cheaply!) make your own out of wooden dowels you can buy at a hardware store (there’s an excellent tutorial here.
Extra gauge information:

13.5 sts/17 rows = 4 inches in 2x2 Rib (slightly stretched) on 7mm needles
Finished measurements:
Chest: 40[43, 46, 49.5] inches
Length: 28.5[30, 30.5, 31] inches
Description from knitty.com:
This cabled sweater-coat with shawl collar was inspired by a sweater worn by the character
Josephine(played by Marion Cotillard) in the movie “Big Fish”.
The chunky, cashmere-blend yarn is super soft and warm, giving it a touch of luxe. It is the perfect sweater for curling up on the sofa with a book (or your knitting) and also works as a jacket for tromping through the leaves on those crisp, dry, fall days.
