“Josie” is a very easy-to-knit top down sweater with a circular yoke and two different stripe patterns. It’s the perfect pattern for beginners, but even intermediate knitter will love the easy and fast way to work a warm and cosy winter sweater.

Materials

  • depending on size 870 - 2500 yds of Aran weight yarn in 4 different colors (I used Schoppel „In Silk” in light grey, navy, petrol and wine red, yardage 219 yds/100g) - total yardage divided by four for each color
  • US 7 and 8 (4,5 and 5,0 mm) circular needles (or any size to obtain gauge) in different lengths
  • 2 stitch markers
  • 2 stitch holders
