Jumper in Blue Jaeger Wool

This useful jumper in stocking stitch and garter stitch is very simple to make, and may be worn outside the skirt with a belt, or at a tuck-in blouse.
Materials required: Nine ounces of 3-ply Jaegar wool, 1 pair of No. 14 needles and 1 pair of No. 10 needles, 4 small blue buttons.
