I’m not a big fan of bling, but I like the subtle sparkle from the occasional sequin in the Kid-Paillettes.

The Superior and Nirvana yarns are held together to form a single strand. The Kid-Paillettes is knit singly.

The cowl starts on a size 7 needle and switches to a size 9 to give it a slightly tapered shape without increasing the number of stitches. I got 5 stitches to the inch with the #7 needles and about 4 stitches to the inch with the #9 needles.

Wear it draped over your shoulders with an elegant gown or wrapped double around your neck to ward off winter.
