I think the Ravellenics is my favourite time, and the winter version especially so - athletes, snow and knitting with friends - what could be better ?

Every time the games are on I come up with a freebie pattern and a collection of easy things to knit while watching the action - this time is no exception.

Just Slip It is this year’s freebie pattern - it uses slipped stitches to create the woven effect and also to create nice neat edges - it can be knitted in endless combos and weights (see pattern for ideas).
