The graphic lace pattern is easy to memorise and a no-brainer. It is knitted from the top down, beginning at the back. Short row shaping at the shoulders and the back neck guarantees a perfect fit.

Sizes: XS to 6XL
Pick a size with at least 8” in positive ease to get the modified drop shoulder. In the picture, the model wears a size 2 with 9.5” of positive ease.

How to find the perfect size for you:
Add 9.5“ – 12.5“ of positive ease to your own bust circumference. Then, choose the
corresponding size of the Kaja Cardigan based on this measurement.
Example:
The model in the photo has a bust circumference of 84 cm. With a positive ease of 9.5“, size 2 fits perfectly, as it has a finished bust circumference of 42.5“. To determine
your bust circumference, take a measuring tape and measure loosely around the fullest part of your chest. This measurement will help you decide on the right size.
The ease should be at least 9.5“. The recommended positive ease is important for the dropped shoulder construction. Beyond that, you can pick the amount of ease that best suits your style and preference. The length of the cardigan and sleeves can be customized individually. Since this cardigan is knit top-down, you can try it on as you knit and adjust the length to achieve your perfect fit.

Gauge: 21 sts and 34 rows = 4” / 10 cm on US 7 / 4.5 mm needles in featured lace pattern.

So findest du die perfekte Größe für dich:
Addiere die Mehrweite von 24 bis 30 cm zu deinem eigenen Brustumfang. Jetzt suchst du dir dazu den passenden Umfang des Kaja Cardigans.
Beispiel:
Das Model im Foto hat einen Brustumfang von 84 cm. Bei einer Mehrweite von 24
cm passt die Größe 2, die einen Umfang von 108 cm hat. Um deinen Brustumfang zu ermitteln, nimm bitte ein Maßband zur Hand und miss locker um den breitesten Teil deines Brustkorbs. Dieses Maß hilft dir bei der Entscheidung für die passende Größe.
Der Bewegungsspielraum sollte allerdings nicht kleiner als 20 cm ausfallen.
Die angegebene Mehrweite ist wichtig für die überschnittene Schulterkonstruktion.
Ansonsten entscheidest du, welche Mehrweite zu dir und deinem Stil passt. Die Länge der Jacke und der Ärmel können individuell angepasst werden. Du kannst während dem Stricken die Jacke anprobieren und so deine perfekte Länge bestimmen, da du Top-Down strickst.
