Kannolla
NOTE: pattern will be available for free when purchasing the yarn from Titityy online shop (requires at least 5 skeins of Tukuwool DK) or you can buy it from Ravelry or Titityy INDIVIDUAL PATTERN IS -20 % OFF DURING PUBLISHING WEEKEND!
Kannolla cardigan is worked with Tukuwool DK and silk mohair on big needles. The loose, thick fabric drapes well and it warms you like a hug on a cold day. Please note that the cardigan is long, and the piece will stretch when soaked. The cardigan is worked seamlessly top-down, and the design is a simplified boxy cardigan. The shoulders are shaped with short rows.
The sample is worked with colours that mirror the Finnish forest landscape – grey and brown together with moss-coloured silk mohair that reminds me of the old dried-up tree stumps of a quiet forest. If you’re not a friend of heathered shades, try combining white and yellow wool with yellow silk mohair for a completely different colour scale.
