• When changing colors for stripes, do not cut yarn; carry yarn on wrong side of work

• For 3 color stripe design: To carry all yarn along with minimal excess, use yarn from the
stripe below to complete final step of the last hdc of the row. Then, use the color needed
for the next stripe as the chain 1 to switch to the new stripe color
