This cardigan was designed to be reversible and can be worn with either the knit or the purl side facing. It is worked top-down back and forth except for the sleeves, and with short row shaping for the neckline.
Increases are worked on either side of the faux raglan seam stitches that accentuate the raglan shaping. Faux seam stitches also highlight the side ‘seams’ of the body and the underside of the sleeves.

We worked up the cardigan in our einrúm Lamb 2 yarn, an almost unspun merino wool plied together with an ultra fine strand of shiny mulberry silk for a unique and exclusive look.

The pattern covers 4 sizes from newborn to 2 years. You will need 50 g of yarn for the smallest size, while 100 g will be enough for any of the other sizes.

We used 3 mm/US 2.5 needles for a tension of 26 sts x 38 rows = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4 in in stocking stitch.
