Kehä
When I am working on large projects I always get a craving for a quick, bulky knit. Combine that with a spontaneous sale at a local yarn store and you get a new instant gratification project. And a new design!
Kehä is worked in the round, top-down and features very basic stitches, but an interesting way to work the brim. Photos are included to explain the process of this finishing technique.
The Linea Pura Cashsilk is so soft and stretchy, an unbelievably pleasure to knit with. It provides Kehä with a wonderful drape and elasticity for a very comfortable hat.
Instructions are given in written abbreviated form. The textured detail is given as a chart as well as written instructions.
