The Kells Wrap is inspired by one of Ireland’s finest national treasures, the famous ninth-century manuscript, the Book of Kells. Its intricate, intertwining cables draw their shape from the delicate illustrations and illuminated letters that decorate the pages of this historic document.

This generous wrap is worked flat in a single piece from one short end to the other. After binding off, optional fringe is attached using a crochet hook. Cable pattern is charted only.

Errata: In the chart, Row 12 Sts 23, 24, 69 and 70 show a dot (RS: P, WS: K), but they should be empty (RS: K, WS: P).
