Kemptown scarf
BRIOCHE STITCH provides such a gorgeously squishy, bouncy fabric, and the technique has been used to great effect here by Sandra Nesbitt. Using two contrasting colours, she has created this scarf with a smart chevron pattern. The project uses a two-colour cast-on and brioche ribbing. It feels wonderfully soft, too, as it has been knitted Debbie Bliss’s Cashmerino Aran yarn - a blend of Merino, cashmere and acrylic which comes in a palette of 34 modern colours.
