Kenora Cowl
A cozy, easy to knit double layered cowl, worked in fingering or worsted weight yarn. A great first stranded colourwork project! The cowl begins with a provisional cast on, and the outer cowl is knit first with an all-over geometric checkerboard pattern. Then a thinner yarn is joined to work the lining, covering the colourwork floats and providing a smooth surface for sensitive necks. The lining and outer cowl are joined with a modified Three-needle bind off.
