Kenosee Tank
This summer tank features a scoop neck front, v-neck back with decorative lace, straight body shaping, and i- cord edges and finishes.
The garment is worked from the top down, starting with the front straps cast on separately and worked in reverse stockinette with stockinette borders to the neckline, where the neckline is cast on in I-cord and the straps joined to form the front scoop neck. The back straps are picked up and worked down separately, stitches cast on in I-cord, then joined to form a v-neck. The front and back are joined to form the body, with the front body worked in reverse stockinette while a lace panel on the back expands to form a triangle all the way to the hemline, where the body is then bound off in I-cord.
If care is taken to neatly weave in ends, this garment can be worn in 4 ways: frontwards, backwards, and inside out.
Sample shown in size 3 with 11 inches/28 cm of negative ease. It is shown in Holst Garn Coast held double (brown) and also a substitute yarn, BC GARN Soft Silk held single (white).

SIZING
9 sizes
to fit bust 32 (34, 38, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60) inches/ 81 (86.5, 96.5, 101.5, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152.5) cm
with garment bust 22.5 (24, 27, 28.5, 31, 34, 36.75, 39.75, 42.5) inches/ 57 (61, 68.5, 72, 79, 86.5, 93.5, 101, 108) cm
Choose your size based on your bust measurement and the amount of ease you prefer in your summer tops. Recommended negative ease increases in proportion to size, but your preference may differ. The best option is to measure the bust of a top in your wardrobe which you like the fit, and knit a garment size to match. If you are in-between sizes, I recommend choosing the larger size option.
