A Top Down for your special little person with a raglan line that run down one side of from and wraps around to the back. One raglan line on the back wraps around the edge of the front. Simple 2 stitch cables for the pattern for the skew. Asymmetric and lots of fun to knit.

Techniques: M1L & M1R, Twist Right for 2 stitch cables, YO, Body knit flat, Sleeves knit in the round, No Sewing.
