Here is a kids’ cowl made in worsted-weight cotton. To knit for ages 2 - 6, you’ll need one 16” circular needle in size 8 and one skein of yarn (just under 120 yards). To knit for ages 6 - 12, you’ll need one 20” circular needle in size 8 and two skeins of yarn. The stars are made from triple increases and triple decreases, and also contain twisted stitches.
